Day 1 - In honour of Sir Tom
6 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Worthing.

It put a real smile on my face to see Emily and her adorable sons Jo (3) and William (6) on the zoom screen. A reluctant Jo was removed by Daddy but William joined in with the exercises whilst also counting the reps for us!
With Lucy and Duncan joining in and Barbara and Paula too it was a great start to the challenge.
