Service time : the main question during the 2nd shift was, beef or lamb in the cottage pie? Beef it is! Lamb is for the shepherd's pie. Today on my 2nd shift I was in the kitchen side and in charge of the drink station and giving a hand to serve plates during rush hour. Prepared tea , coffee, and selection of cold drinks( water, orange, blackcurrant, apple, and mango) : they were very thirsty today. Then, I helped serve plates(mains and desserts), handing out sandwiches and bananas. Then the glory of cleaning and clearing the service and kitchen.
