Cardiff took a Bath at Junior Parkrun

A nice early Sunday and the weather to match, FOUR goodgymers got together for some fun volunteering at Junior Parkrun Cardiff.

We were splint into two groups, Michael and Jer our visitor from Bath located at College Turn (the end of the first section). Flo and Llion further down the track just before the corner turn.

We had only just started chatting when the kids were on their way up to us, so the clapping and encouragement began. It was a fun bit of time, and as the tail walker passed us we packed up our section and made our way down to join other volunteers to continue the cheering.

Once the last young ones had passed we gave our parkrun kit back, had our usual group photo before heading over for a coffee and a proper chat. It was great to have Bath and Cardiff together again mingling away, Jer lovely to meet and chat to you.

Next time we shall have to come to Bath!
