By Gym we did it
6 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Worthing.

One of my favourite tasks to date.
This community hidden gem of a gym was in much need of a deep clean in preparation for ( hopefully) reopening to the public next week.
Dave who is a volunteer there is one of life's unsung heroes having dedicated his time and energy to the centre for over 20 years.
Great work from the team of 6 including Mr and Mrs R , Sue, Ricky and Paul .
There are endless possibilities at this centre. I'm looking forward to offering as much support as possible to this project.
