I know I enjoyed this greatly and I’m sure everybody who signed up enjoyed spending a few minutes looking out for butterflies. I would be interested to know what the national results were for the study. It was slightly concerning that on occasion I didn’t see any butterflies in some locations. The highlight for me was seeing a red Admiral in my own garden the last place I would expect to see one. Needless to say I started the survey straight away! Thanks to those who sent in a report on their activities.
