4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Woolwich Garrison Church Trust in Greenwich.

A post Parkrun jaunt
Led us to GoodGym's Garrison haunt
By brambles we were battered
But never cared while we nattered
We dug, tugged and shovelled
'Til the brambles were rather troubled
And enjoyed a blossom selfie, cupcakes and brew
Before saying farewell to our crew!
Great job everyone - we are winning this bramble war month by month.
