Boxin off a weekend task!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Two runners arrived to help move some old boxes out of a flat to create some more space.
Jonathan was significantly late as his phone died halfway there leading to guesswork to find the start of the task (tip to all runners, charge your phones or have a paper map!)
Luckily the task was assisted with a readily available trolley that we could load all the boxes on!
