Bekah and Mat attended T’s house to help him with some computer challenges, including online food shopping and using Google Maps. Bekah took the lead, with Mat chipping in with the odd bit of help.

T really was great at using his computer and it was lovely to be able to spend an hour with him and help him sort out his computer issues.

If anyone reading this is thinking of helping out in the community, volunteering for Good Gym is an excellent way to get some exercise and help elderly people in need. It might be as simple as changing a light bulb or doing some gardening.
