An Apeeling Evening

This evening at FoodCycle we had a whopping 41 guests! To start there was a flavourful soup, followed by a hearty vegetable pasta bake and a classic fruit salad and berry coulis with some small cakes. There was plenty of surplus food for the guests to take home with them, so everyone left feeling full up and content! Assine did a really great job at making everyone feel welcome and Martin absolutely smashed his first time at FoodCycle. Special shout out for even agreeing to take home the cardboard packaging at the end of the night! All in all, a great team effort.
