A time to run, walk and reflect

Today's Andrew Carter Memorial Mile was a moving and thoughtful time. The route took in a memorial stone to Andrew, who sadly died at the 2014 Ealing Half Marathon. Andrew's parents were present and his father said a few words before the start of the run. The assembled crowd made very generous donations to the the Tom Clabburn Fund at Cardiac Risk in the Young. Our sole GoodGym rep marshaled and clapped the various runners and walkers - well done to them.
