With equipment supplied by the amazing James Coates at Alley's Angels, Pauline and I went to a hotspot in Anfield to try and clear all the litter there. It really is quite staggering how much rubbish is just dumped but after only an hour Pauline and I managed to clear a whole car load of rubbish, which was swiftly taken to the local tip. The aim is to have a large team of people prepared to do at least one litter pick for an hour a month and with more people doing this the area will gradually be cleared so it is a nicer place to live for everyone. So, if you are reading this and are inspired just get out and start to litter pick.
