5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

a busy morning at the fooddbank packing, lifting and handing out 34 food parcels to ensure people have something to eat this week. A great first mission from Rachel with plenty of experienced goodgymers to give words of wisdom!! Lucy achieved the impossible and got smiling photos of everyone in the gang!!!
