It will ensure that Mrs H has sufficient space around her lounge to move around freely, and help her rest and continue her meditation/yoga. Mrs H reports that she has done her best to keep her lounge tidy and clutter free however arthritic conditions around her fingers means she struggles with lifting.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
