Want to run a long way? We're gradually building up to The Big Half (in early September) through a series of weekly training runs.
🌳 Routes will take in a few nice local sights, aiming to keep in green spaces where possible.
💦 Bring water if it's hot!
📍 Meet outside the Goldsmiths Arms in Penge
FYI we'll go at the speed of the slowest person but we'll aim to keep running the whole time. If you're totally new to running, come along to a Community Mission or Group Run instead :)
We've still got a couple of spots £10 spots left for the Big Half and (at the time of writing) there's definitely still time to train up to it! Email me if you're keen.
