Revitalise a tired park, allow it to be safer for those in area and bring sense of pride to area that has regularly been hit with drug and crime issues

The team from Friends of Littleover Parks have asked for some help removing weeds and grass from edges of equipment and soft surfaces as well as staining some benches in the park.
Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and bring some gloves to wear to stain the benches.
We'll be meeting at King George V playing fields car park which is on Carlisle Avenue in Littleover and the what3words location is ///stocks.scope.vague There is free parking at this location and it's on a cycle route. The gates to the playing fields and car park are at the end of Carlisle Avenue, with a school to your right hand side as you're approaching the end of the road. Head through the gates into the car park where we'll be meeting by the noticeboard.
