If you're looking for a tough little workout with a good tune to take your mind off it, plus a little challenge thrown in for good measure, then this is your session!

Below are four well known songs, with a different move to do to each one. Your job is to last out until the end of the song! You can do these separately as part of a daily challenge, or if you're feeling strong, why not attempt them one after the other to really test those muscles and bag yourself a full body workout?!

Get spotify at the ready, have a nice warm up, and then and check out the below:

---> 'Roxanne' - The Police (cardio and arms)

Every time Sting says Roxanne, do a push-up (either full, on your knees or box). Every time he says Put On The Red Light, do a half burpee (same as a regular burpee but no jump at the end....or if you're feeling like an Ironman/woman then go for the full burpee!). By the end, you'll be alternating push-ups and half burpees and will end the song out of breath and begging for the green light to finish.

---> 'Thunderstruck' - AC/DC (Legs)

Start off the song by holding a squat. Every time you hear the word Thunder, do a squat jump, and then return to the squat hold. With every Thunderstruck, fit in as many lunges as you can and return to a squat hold. The burn!

---> 'I Get Knocked Down'/TubThumping - Chumbawamba (Core)

Start in high arm plank position. Every time you hear 'I get knocked down' go onto forearms and then back again. When the female voice kicks in, turn onto your back and do slow sit ups all the way through to the end of Danny Boy. Then when the chorus starts again, back into plank for your up/downs!

---> 'Switch' - Will Smith (cardio and glutes)

During the verses keep doing jumping jacks, and at the chorus ('turn around and switch!') do 180 wide legs jump switches ( start facing the front in a sumo squat and jump so you're facing behind in the same position every time - or every other time - Will says switch. 3 minutes of heartrate-raising work for butts of steel.
