4 and half Goodgymers helped out at a very busy foodbank. It was Richard's first time and quickly found the Gym in his good as we lifted heavy crates and got some squats in! Nick and Maxine did lots of great one handed weighing and packing as Felix pointed them in the right direction! We packed over 30 packs as well as unloaded a shop and restocking the shelves.
