Who this task will support
Kingston Churches action for Homeless (KCAH)
KCAH provides immediate, professional support with nonjudgmental empathy and clear options, supporting people to secure and maintain a safe, stable home.

KCAH does great work with single people facing housing crisis in Kingston. Their aim is help each client find a stable home and enable them to start rebuilding their lives. They do this by offering a wide range of services which are free of charge to the service user.

We have already helped them for one sorting session and we are heading back to finish the tasks. They have a cupboard full of clothing donations that needs sorting and they also have a cupboard full of paperwork that needs sorting or shredding.

We will be meeting at the Quaker Centre for 6.30pm and will run 2.5km to the KCAH premise. The address is: St Peter's Church Hall, London Rd, Kingston upon Thames KT2 6QL. We will get there for approximately 7pm if you need to meet us there. We will be doing a 2.5km run back after the task ends. We also have a walking group so please join in if you have an injury or don't want to run this evening. It's a great starter group!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

5km total distance

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
