Social walk / run around Markeaton Park
Social chatty meetup at Markeaton Park
Please note that this group run has been cancelled.
Meet at Markeaton Park by the tennis courts at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start.
We'll be aiming for two laps around the park. All paces and abilities are welcome. I will be walking so please bear in mind I'll be on the same route but am happy for anyone to run ahead. The route is almost the same as the Markeaton Park parkun route except for the start and finish location.
Please be aware that it will be getting darker towards the end of this session so consider hi-vis clothing or a head torch.
The car park is pay and display so please be mindful of this if you're travelling by car and parking at Markeaton Park. The area by the tennis courts is £2.70 for up to two hours. Full parking information is online here.
Please sign up if you're planning to attend and also remove yourself from the register if you can no longer make it - so I know who to look out for and don't leave without anyone.
