Roundabout - Spreading the word to help fundraise

Roundabout is South Yorkshire’s youth homeless charity. They are committed to ending youth homelessness and believe that with a safe place to live and tailored support, a young person can progress to independence and successfully break the cycle of homelessness.

We will be meeting Emily Jones - Fundraising Manager for Roundabout at The Showroom Cinema.

Emily will proide us with maps of the area and leaflets for their upcoming fundraising events. We will cover as much of the area as possible to try and spread the word and encourage people to come along to help raise money for this charity doing fantastic work!

We'll be leafletting to advertise A Night at the Musicals and the brand new event Krazy Races (a soap box rally in the city centre).

This is a huge help to raise the profile and help to get people along to support the charity. The musical event can pay for an entire service if it sells out! Krazy Races could do the same and advertising is a massive part of this!

Please bring a wooden spoon if you have one as it makes for a great tool to push leaflets through letterboxes.
