Here at Bexley we’ve been putting together weekly sessions that you can do before or after a run, on there own as just a session and I’ve tried to make them so that you can do them in the comfort of you own home with minimal equipment needed 🙌🏻
Equipment:- Stop watch timer
Round 1 exercises - Squat jumps / Star Jumps Round 2 exercises - Sit ups / press ups Round 3 exercises - Plank shoulder touches / mountain climbers
The Drill:- Squat Jumps 10 seconds, Star Jumps 60 seconds. Squat Jumps 20 seconds, Star Jumps 50 seconds. Squat Jumps 30 seconds, Star Jumps 40 seconds. Squat Jumps 40 seconds, Star Jumps 30 seconds. Squat Jumps 50 seconds, Star Jumps 20 seconds. Squat Jumps 60 seconds, Star Jumps 10 seconds.
2 mins rest them continue with the same method for the rest of the listed exercises
