About this session

Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!

We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We normally meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.

The Run and Task

We will be running from the Old Royal Naval College along the river and find a spot for a litter pick! Expect 2-4km and you are welcome to join us at whatever pace - we never ever leave anyone behind!

Where & When

We meet at 6.45pm for a 7 o'clock start at the Old Royal Naval College between the Queen Mary and Queen Anne buildings. The what three words location is palm.latter.souk. Look out for the red Tshirts and give Rachel a call on 0795212005 if you can't find us! We should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm.

What to bring

Please bring some gloves if you have some. If you happen to have a litter pick that will come in handy but I will bring some picks and bags.

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
