The Abbey Community Centre is a local community hub that has supported the heart of Westminster for 77 years, helping everyone from the cradle to the grave in the local area. It has a diverse group of service users that rely on the work the centre does.
They have a small community garden to the rear of our building that needs some weeding, planting and other duties done on a regular basis. We will be visiting the centre once every month so make sure it is well cared for so that the local people can use it freely. Please bring gloves if you have them.
We will follow the session with a short, fun workout!
