Local knowledge required! Tonight we'll be jogging around the area popping our posters up on noticeboards. We'll split into groups and head in different directions with different jog distances.

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ New to running? We jog at a relaxed pace and always have a backmarker so no-one gets left behind.

๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿงค Dress for the task/weather - gardening gloves for outside tasks, head torch for dark tasks.
