This October, we're bringing runners together to reclaim the streets, raise awareness and show that everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and seen while running.
Whether you're a regular runner, new to running, part of a club or simply want to be part of the movement, everyone is welcome.
This year, we're delighted to be partnering with Albany Road Run Club and Roath Park Runners, who will be providing fantastic run leaders to support you throughout the run.
📍 Riverside Social
We'll meet at Riverside Social from 5pm before heading out for a 5K or 3K group run through Cardiff.
Our runs are suitable for different abilities, with a no one left behind approach.
Afterwards, join us back at Riverside Social for a post-run social with food, drinks, music and good vibes. Own The Night runners will also receive 5% off at Riverside Social.
