Welcome to GoodGym Newcastle!

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects in our area.

This week is a regular visit to Newcastle Eagles Community Arena, where we regularly help out to tidy, weed and clear out areas of their gardens at the front of the amazing building on Scotswood Road. There is something for everyone, and it's suitable for all abilities. We will complete a fitness session before heading back to base at the brilliant Hotel Indigo.

Run OR walk for this one!

We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is.

There is space to leave a bag at the hotel if you need to, and toilets are available too.
