14:00 - 15:30Hammersmith and Fulham Central PCN has asked if we can pick up some medication for Ms L from Fulham Palace Pharmacy, 331 Fulham Palace Road, London SW6 6TE and deliver this to her at home please.
The pharmacy is open until 6 pm on weekdays and until 2 pm on Saturday.
We do not yet know if the medication will need paying for but we believe that Ms L should have an age exemption. If it does need to be paid for it is not yet clear which payment method Ms L will be using so any GoodGymer signing up needs to be prepared to pay for the medication (up to the £30 max limit) and then get reimbursed by GoodGym, so please only sign up if you are happy and able to do so.
