Who this task will support
Oxfam Fulham Shop
Oxfam Fulham Shop is part of Oxfam Great Britain. We support Oxfam's Global mission: to tackle the root causes of poverty and injustice by fighting systemic inequality. Oxfam delivers development programs, public education, campaigns, advocacy, and humanitarian assistance in disasters and conflicts. From sanitation and clean water, to getting more girls into school, we won’t stop until every person on the planet can enjoy life that is equal, just, and fair.

Join us for a hands-on community mission at Oxfam Fulham and help give this busy charity shop a well-deserved refresh! 🧽💚

A clean, bright, and welcoming shop helps attract more customers, encourages sales, and ultimately raises more funds to support Oxfam's vital work tackling poverty and inequality around the world.

We'll meet at West Brompton Station before heading to the task together. Whether you prefer to walk, run, or cycle, we'll travel as a group to the shop and return together afterwards. It's a great way to fit some movement into your evening while supporting a fantastic local charity! 🚶🏃🚲

As part of a friendly GoodGym team, you'll be helping with:

🧹 Dusting shelves and displays

🪣 Mopping floors

🧽 Vacuum cleaning throughout the shop

🪟 Cleaning windows and mirrors

✨ General tidying to help the shop look its very best

The Oxfam team will work around customers by closing sections of the shop as needed while tasks are completed.

Where: Oxfam Fulham Charity Shop, Fulham, London

When: Wednesday 24th June

Time: 6:00pm–7:30pm

Why it matters: Every item sold in the shop helps fund Oxfam's global mission. By helping create a clean and welcoming shopping environment, you'll be supporting the shop's ability to generate income for communities around the world. 🌍
