This scenic and mostly flat 10km race is great for PB-hunters while the relaxed and friendly Scouse atmosphere is hugely welcoming for runners of all abilities.
Plus it is a 10am start time so you even get a lie-in!

PLAN FOR THE DAY
09:30-ish: Arrive in the starting area and leave bag at the bag drop/ use the loo etc.
09:45: GoodGym #RedThunder team photo on the steps of the Met. Cathedral
09:50: Get in the funnel!
10:00: Race time
10:40 - 11:40: Cheering near to the finish line (whoever runs fastest, please grab a good spot!)
11:45: Head to the Caledonia for lunch and social time
12:00: LUNCH (all welcome)

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at the Hope Street Hotel, and the Hope Street Hotel and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
Come to the hotel entrance. Ask reception where to meet us if you can't see anyone in a red t-shirt.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
