Shade hunting

Last night Chris, Rob and Fiona met up in the heat to go for a very hot run!

We decided to go off-road and try to find the shade as much as possible. Chris led the way, running into one of our adopted parks but going off onto one of the many trails in the park, that he found during lockdown on one of his half hour fitness sessions allowed during those times.

We had pliantly of rests along the way to catch our breath and to hid in the shade for a while. Once we had done a big loop and the obligatory stops for photo opportunities, it was time to head back to base for a very well deserved drink.
