We are off for a good old fashioned litter pick this evening to make the most of the weather and lighter evenings but with a bit of a twist....
Tonight Matthew we are playing Litter Pick Bingo!
We will divide into teams and head out after our run to grab as much litter as we can find with each team checking off an item on their bingo card (see pic in the listing!) - the first to fill their card will be the winner or if no-one fills everything it will go down to the most items checked off by the end of the session.
And get this: We will be joined by Lambeth GGer Liz who will take us through a fitness session and/or a post litter pick mobility and flow session depending on what people prefer! Bring your yoga mat!!
Come on down and let's have some fun while doing a bit of good around our base in Brixton!

Hi team, this week Run Leader Joao will be taking you out for the group run! Also note we don’t have access to the hall so pack light and you can still lock up bikes inside the gates.
Please note the run is cancelled. I took a tumble cycling and won't be able to lead the race. Apologies
Sadly Joao has had a small accident on his bike and can’t lead tonight’s run - we wish him a speedy recovery!
