Some of us are missioning on New Walk on Tuesday at 6pm. We don't know exactly how long the mission will take but I'm guessing around 45 minutes.

Once the mission is over, there's an opportunity to run kilometre reps (you can choose how many, could be 1 could be 10!) or half kilometre reps on the other side of the river.

Meet by the Pikeing Well between Blue Bridge and Millennium Bridge, we'll jog over to the starting bollard to warm up. This is not a coached session, just a time to motivate each other to run faster and improve pace!

Come to the bottom of Blue Bridge Lane, we will meet right by the Blue Bridge to run the few hundred metres to the well.
