This year, the GoodGym January Challenge will be based on kms covered by each city, all of which will be added to our group's grand total.

Alongside Barnet, Hammersmith and Fulham, Leeds, Lewisham, Newham and Poole, we will be representing the Ayesha McGowan group. Ayesha is an aspiring professional road cyclist , advocate and creative - a great athlete for us to represent!

You can run, walk or cycle as part of this challenge but please note that every 4km cycled counts as 1km towards the challenge!

It's important to make sure that you have your Strava connected to your GoodGym account to make sure that all your kms are included in the challenge.

If you would like to set yourself a specific target and share it with the group, you can add it in the comments and I'll add it to the description of the challenge so that we can all keep each other motivated.

There will be a prize for the GoodGymmer who covers the most kms this month as well as a prize for the runner up. Let's see how far we can go this month!
