Investigate a broken doorbell for Ms S (flexi) (Wk1)

Cardiff Third Sector Council has asked if we can help Ms S. She has had support from GoodGym previously to replace a battery on her electric doorbell. She has now reported that a delivery person has knocked the doorbell off the door and whilst she has attempted to fix it with double sided tape, it has stopped being effective.

As Ms S is unable to adequately explain what the problem is, she would be grateful if a GoodGymer or two could visit to try and investigate what the issue is - it may be that she needs a new battery, needs a new doorbell or needs a need doorbell fixture - and communicate that to Ms S.

If the issue is able to be resolved by the volunteer on the day, fantastic! If not, communication about what the issue is back to us so that we can inform the referrer, this will enable them to guide her to procure whatever is needed to replace the doorbell, and list a new mission task, if appropriate.

GoodGym has listed this mission for one or two GoodGymers. Two GoodGymers can attend together, but the mission will still go ahead with just one if only one person signs up by the deadline. If you would prefer not to attend this task on your own, please email missioncontrol@goodgym.org as soon as possible. We will then make sure the task isn’t confirmed unless a second GoodGymer is also available to join you.
