Get fit and do good in Greenwich

Date and time
18:45 - 20:30Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!
We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.
The Task
This week we'll be helping out at Glyndon Community Centre in Plumstead. It's always unclear what we'll be doing until the day but expect some kind of tidying, sorting and weeding jobs!
The Run
The run will be less than 2km but has a hill so we will go at a steady pace. We always have a back marker so you'll never be left behind.
Where & When
We'll meet at 6.45pm for a 7pm start outside the Woolwich Elizabeth Line station. The what-3-wrods address is ///verse.luck.pile. Give Rachel a call on 07952192005 if you can't find us! The session will be about 90 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm.
If you'd like to meet at the task, you're very welcome to do so! We will be there about 7.20pm. The address is Glyndon Community Centre, 75 Raglan Rd, London SE18 7LB.
What To Bring
Please bring some gloves and a head torch if you have one, otherwise it's just yourself.
See you then!

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
