Help plant 400 saplings at Forster Memorial Park!
Fresh air planting to keep our air fresh!
The Friends of Forster Memorial Park have received 400 tree saplings from the Woodland Trust. Now is the time to get these in the ground and give them a chance to grow. Join in this community planting session to help make our local space even greener.
The session takes place from 10am-2pm, so pop down any time between those hours.
As it's a community mission, you will make your own way there and take direction from the organisers. Please dress for the weather and bring gardening gloves if you have them.

The park can be accessed by a gate on either Bellingham road, Longhill Road or Whitefoot Lane. If good gym will be attending after dark we will need to let the park keepers know to keep the gate unlocked.
New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
