His iPad and iPhone have both been disabled and he needs some support to unlock them because he needs to use them for internet shopping, banking and making phone calls. He has Wi-Fi at his home and needs to be talked through the unlocking process.
Goodgym are able to do technology tasks in Tier 2 areas so this task can be done indoors with socially distancing.
