12 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

12 GoodGymers started the morning off either running or volunteering at Catton Parkrun.
Following this, we then went on to lay wood chippings around newly planted trees at Catton Park.
We were also joined by Catherine's husband and kids to add to the community support.
