Celebrate a Century
7 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Wardown Parkrun in Luton.

It was definitely time for a celebration at Parkrun. Several of us had gathered for our monthly Parkrun Takeover - taking positions as marshals, barcode scanners and timekeeper. But even more importantly it was Ruth's hundredth Goodgym Mission. She's been an amazing Goodgym Volunteer getting stuck into all manner of tasks as well as arranging social cycle rides and walks. Thanks to Ruth for the delicious brownies, doughnuts and coffee in the club afterwards too. We're looking forward to seeing you in your winged tee-shirt.
