GG Bath weekly fitness challenge - jump squats
How many can you do in 1 minute?
This week for our challenge we are going to be training our cardio, core strength and leg strength all at the same time. This is a super way to burn some calories and work your whole body.
The challenge is to do as many jump squats as you can in 60 seconds, 3 times throughout the week. You can see a short 1 minute video of great technique here. You will want to be nice and warm when you do this, so my advice is to fit this in at the end of a run or another training session.
Do this 3 times throughout the week and see if you see any improvement!
You have until 5pm next Friday!
Also make sure to send in a sweaty and victorious selfie to the GG Bath WhatsApp group after you have finished!
