18:30 - 19:30Join us tonight for a special moving session where we will be grabbing our litter pickers to hit up four different rubbish hot spots in Westminster.
We will run to each spot, do a litter pick, then follow this with a short exercise - think planks, step ups and squats!
It's a great way to get in some mileage, clean up our city and get some exercise too.
