Shopping for AgeUK has become new normal for goodgymers.
It is indeed a good motivation to start an early jog/ride.
Rouetinely, we had some good chat while having our temperature taken. Then, we started a little hunting game in the shop individually.
I was shopping for Ms. Organic. (hands up in the air) Yeah!
Mission completed around 10am, welcomed warmly by the sun.
What a good start of the day! Come join me next week, okay?
