4 local Goodgymmers arrived at Elizabeth House Community Centre Foodbank for our weekly lunch time food bank delivery task, on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Ernestas and John went straight to work, loading up a cargo trolley full of shopping and essential items for the residents of the neighbourhood housing estates around the foodbank. Area Activator Simon and Tom used their rucksacks and IKEA bags to walk to various households around Highbury Hill, Arsenal Stadium and Gillespie Park, and enjoyed a safe run back between each drop off. Our little crew successfully delivered at least 20 loads of groceries within 30-40 minutes, which is a pretty awesome rate of "deliveries per hour"!
