23:59 - 01:44Run, walk or train in some way to represent each number between 1-24. Be as creative as you like in how you represent the numbers. They don't have to align to the days of the month, you just need to do 1 of something, 2 of something, 3 of something etc all the way to 24. Split a session and tick off more than one number in a day.
You could run for 24 minutes. 15 reps of a sprint drill. 1 long Sunday run. 4 mile/kilometre run or walk.
Make a picture collage if you are tech savvy or hand write a list of what you've got up to and let us know what you've been up to! Just record it in some way you can share with us.
