Collection of leaflets for St Luke's Church event.
You will need to be available on both Friday 22nd October in the evening to meet with the task owner and collect the leaflets as well as Sunday 24th October to be part of the group delivering the leaflets - separate Community Mission sign up for Sunday.
I'll confirm the address to collect the leaflets from nearer the time and a phone number for the task owner. You can then arrange a collection time directly through them if that is easier. The leaflet collection address is close to St Luke's Church.
There will be around 200 leaflets to hand out to residents surrounding St Lukes Church, 128 Parliament Street DE22 3RT on Sunday 24th October.
I'm cutting off registration a week before so I have plenty of time to notify the task owner if we cannot support this. The leaflets are for a specific event during October so the task date is time sensitive and can't be delayed.

I'm cancelling this mission as the task owner has been in contact from St Luke's Church to say they're having to postpone their event until Spring - they'll contact us nearer the time to see if we can help :)
