Coffee, cake and a catch up at the Cycle Hub

Come along and enjoy having a relaxed catch up over a cuppa and cake

This is open to absolutely EVERYONE whether you've just joined recently or simply haven't been for ages.

GoodGym Newcastle launched in April 2018 and is almost 4 years old which is brilliant. During that time we have completed an amazing 3,628 good deeds! (including 44 missions to help older people, 396 group runs/community missions and 332 coach visits)

So come along and enjoy a friendly relaxed catch up over coffee (or tea/juice!) A brilliant opportunity to discover what GoodGym Newcastle is all about, meet new friends or just catch up with others you haven't seen for a while.

This is also a great opportunity to invite others (family/friends) to sign up for the first time and chat to others about their experiences with GoodGym.

We will just meet outside (fingers crossed for good weather) and if there is enough interest, I will see if I can reserve tables/a space for us.

Feel free to pop along and drop by, or stay as long as you like!

No fitness involved at all (unusual I know!) but feel free to meet up beforehand for a walk, run or cycle!

(The car park at the Cycle Hub is free and a great place to meet but may be busy on a Sunday due to the Quayside Market)
