You will play a vital part in raising over £2million, which will fund vital care services, ground breaking research and important campaigning to provide help and hope to anyone affected by dementia.

Cardiff Memory Walk 2026As a volunteer at Cardiff Memory Walk you will support the running of the event. We have roles for everyone, including on our event site, out on route or back marking. As an event site volunteer you will support by selling merchandise, answering walker questions and much more. As a route volunteer you will be directing our walkers on route and cheering them one. As a back marker volunteer you will follow the last of our walkers, keeping the event team updated, taking down signage and relieving other route volunteers as you go. We simply cannot run Memory Walks without volunteers.
I will also sign everyone up on their official website if you are going to help. I can try to keep us a a group of with another GoodGymer if you prefer, just pop me a note either here or via WhatsApp.
