Description

In advance of our Let's All Run An Ultra day, come and train with me at my favourite park!

Trail running is more fun that running on roads - fact! But for us city dwellers, it isn't often possible to get out in the countryside and get dirty. Calderstones is my favourite park in Liverpool and it has a really fun dirt trail around its perimeter - want to run it with me?

The trail around the park is approx 3.5km. There will be options to run the trail once or twice. There is also a walking option that includes hanging out with Penny-Flo the whippet (but running is more fun than puppies!).

Meet at the car park for the Reader/Mansion House, off Calderstones Road. Any probs, give me (Char) a bell.

If it has rained in the days before the session, some of the trail will be very muddy. Suitable trail running shoes are highly advised.

If it is a nice evening, let's hangout in the park for a little while after the run :)

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
