For our March pacing event, GoodGym will be providing pacers for Beckenham Place parkrun.

This is quite an exciting one – as it’s a relatively new parkrun (started in November 2016!), plus it’s close to one of our newest GoodGym boroughs, Bromley, which is launching in February (as well as our friends at GoodGym Lewisham).

The route starts at the south east corner of the park (near the Ravensbourne Avenue entrance) and is two full clockwise laps of the park on a mixture of gravel and tarmac paths and grass.

Pacing means you get to have a slightly more relaxed Saturday morning run, while helping other runners to reach their goal - and running and doing nice things its what GoodGym's all about, after all!

If you're up for it, have a look at this spreadsheet, pick a slot that's around 2-4 minutes behind your recent form and stick your name down.

Please arrive for 8.40 to pick up your number and have a nice photo.

Non-pacers who just want to run also welcome, and an official photographer would also be appreciated! We will almost certainly go for tea/cake/hash browns afterwards.

Don't forget your barcode!
