All Hallows Eve party: clear up & pack away

Spooky fun on the Group Run!

Feast and other local organisations are planning to hold an All Hallows Eve event in St Luke's churchyard gardens on 31st October, 2023. We are seeking volunteers to help tidy up at the end. This could include folding tables, clearing up rubbish and carrying rubbish bags to the designated disposal place.

This event will provide a fun and free entertainment for local children, with an emphasis on dance, games and activities rather than trick or treating. Whilst Feast on a Sunday is supported by many local volunteers, some of these people are less able to help at an evening event due to other commitments, so the support of Good Gym would be greatly appreciated. Having additional help to clear up at the end also relieves pressure on the volunteers who will have helped with the event itself.
